Interior brick from an 1847 building in St Louis Missouri with dog's paw print clearly embedded in the clay at the brick yard before firing. This was one of several and I now own two bricks like this from buildings in two different cities.
This brick is about 1/2" deeper than the one from New York City, otherwise it is the same size.
