Description
Small leaf block, suitable for the outdoors, garden or building into a wall, this is a direct replica of a circa 1880 original removed from a mansion of sorts in Newark New Jersey. I believe the design is a styled bayleaf, and the original blocks were used as a frieze band.
(Photos are of the first hand-pressed block drying out before firing, updated photos will come soon.
The size is a nominal 6-3/4″ square, 1-1/2″ deep, and around 6 pounds.
These are priced each, but a quantity of these can be purchased at reduced costs depending on the quantity.
